We are hiring

We are looking for a Concierge to manage the day to day operations of Lilypad Palm Beach on a regular part-time or casual basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Required 2-3 days midweek plus rotating weekend roster

  • Run the day to day preparations of Lilypad and prepare venue for bookings:

    • Daily morning pick up of goods from suppliers in Mona Vale and Palm Beach. This includes: catering + beverage stock, laundry drop off/pick up and other consumables from storage

    • Oversee cleaners and stock Lilypad supplies for upcoming booking

  • Be the venue concierge that is responsible for the check in/out of guests for bookings, as well as be on call for guests during their stays

  • Working directly and reporting to the Venue Manager

  • Ensure excellent and consistent customer service delivery

  • Required to drive small tender for the operations (taking cleaners to and from venue, removing rubbish and laundry etc.). License is not required however preferred.

Skills and experience

  • Event planning and hospitality experience essential

  • Must be passionate about customer service and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Must be well presented at all times

  • Must have current NSW RSA certificate

  • Must have a valid NSW Drivers License and vehicle

  • Must be flexible with shifts and available for some weekends

  • Marine/boating experience and license desired
